Kwamboka Praises Azimio Manifesto
Nairobi, Tuesday 7th June, 2022: Senator Beatrice Kwamboka has said that support of single mothers will be a game changer in society and called on Kenyans to rally behind Raila Odinga’s Presidential bid to ensure that these vulnerable group in society is taken care of.
Speaking when she praised the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya manifest which was launched by the party presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga yesterday, Kwamboka said that single mothers have never been considered and now that Raila has thought of their plight is a big reason to celebrate.
“I have never seen a presidential candidate think of single mother. Now they have a reason to smile because their plight will be looked at,” Kwamboka said.
Kwamboka also said that free education as has been envisioned in the Azimio La Umoja manifesto will benefit many children in Kenya who now have a chance to get an education from Primary School all the way to University.
“Under Azimio government, single mothers have been looked at and even better, school will be free up to university meaning that no child will miss school due to school fees,” she said.
“The issue of Baba care which will provide quality healthcare for every Kenyan is another program that will be very beneficial to Kenyans,” Kwamboka added.
Raila has promised to develop a healthcare plan that will cover all Kenyans as well as introduce a social welfare program.
