Hon. Kavisi Condemns Brutal Killing of Machakos Three

Wamunyu Incoming MCA Hon. Mutua Kavisi has come out to strongly condemn the brutal murder of three boys in Machakos County.

This is following the lynching of the three young and promising men, Kennedy Mutiso, his brother Stanley Muthungu and a family friend Charles Mutiso, in machakos town near Naivas supermarket last weekend.

Initial claims were that they were involved in to carjacking a motorist who screamed and called motor bike or popularly Bodaboda guys who beat up the three boys and eventually burnt them to death.

The said motorist known as Mwenda and who further was described as a miraa vendor, is said to have earlier knocked down one of the boys and broke his leg, prompting the other two to ask for accountability from him.

He instead raised a false alarm leading to the tragic death of all the three young men by lynching.

Hon. Kavisi, who is a cousin to the boys is said to have used his experience and influence as a senior security consultant and mobilised his machinery and security networks to identify the motorist who fled the scene after the atrocity

Fortunately rumours and collection of intelligence on ground later found out that the motorist lied of being robbed and raising a false alarm.

He has since being arrested and investigations continue.

"We strongly condemn mass action to anyone and ask the general public to ensure proper channels are engaged when dealing with any crime related issues", Hon. Kavisi added.

The leading Wamunyu politician also called for thorough investigation so that justice is served for the victims and all those involved are brought before a court of law.

Hon. Mutua Kavisi is seeking to represent Wamunyu ward in Machakos county as the next MCA come 2027.
