Former Nairobi Speaker Ken Ng'ondi Backs Azimio MCA Aspirants

Former Nairobi County Assembly Deputy Speaker Ken Ng’ondi has committed his energy in campaigning for the Nairobi Governor, Senator, Women rep and Members of County Assembly (MCAs) affiliated to Azimio.

Ngondi has hit the road to campaign for the Azimio La Umoja candidates aspiring for the elective Nairobi County Assembly and gubernatorial seats.

Ngondi said that he wanted to ensure that Nairobi was Azimioted under the leadership of “Azimio La Umoja” presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his Deputy Martha Karau.
Ng’ondi who is a former Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) deputy Speaker in the Nairobi National County Assembly said that he had put on hold his ambitions and ensures that the Azimio La Umoja candidates succeeded in being elected in Nairobi.

“Am calling on voters to vote for Azimio candidates from their respective parties of ODM, Jubilee and Wiper in ensuring that we are united behind our own,” he said.

Ng’ondi said that he sacrificed his political ambitions in ensuring that Azimio coalition’s partners carried the day and were in charge of Nairobi’s leadership.

He has called on Nairobians to support the Azimio Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Polycarp Igathe, ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna for Senate, Esther Passaris bid of defending the Women representative post and MCA’s contesting under the Azimio banner.
