Katuku Bridging The Gap Between Kamba Leaders in Azimio-OKA

Machakos senatorial candidate Hon. John Mutua Katuku has recently come out strongly to urge all kamba leaders under the Azimio-OKA coalition to shun divisions and embrace unity.

Speaking over the weekend in Mwala, Kangundo and Kathiani sub counties, Hon Katuku who is seeking his first term in the Senate through a People’s Trust Party (PTP) ticket has asked the various political parties from the region to galvanise support for Hon. Raila Odinga to be able to win the presidency.
Lately Wiper Democratic Movement and Maendeleo ChapChap party associated with former Vice president Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka and Governor Alfred Mutua respectively have been seen to issue hard-line statements as conditions to supporting Raila.

"This is not the way to go. We need all leaders pulling together so as to set a good example to the electorate. We are all kamba leaders who mean good for our community", said Katuku.

"It is only through a win for Azimio-OKA that our kamba people will be back into government and more development will be attained in our region. So let us leave behind our personal ambitions and seek what is of common good for our whole community", added Katuku.
