Kagure Teams Up Sakaja to Try Stop Igathe's Journey to City Hall

Business womant Nairobi Gubernatorial candidate Agnes Kagure has teamed up with the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) governorship aspirant Senator Johnson Sakaja to stop Azimio La Umoja’s Polycarp Igathe from ascending to City Hall as Governor.

The scheme by the two is meant to distract Igathe with the propaganda from actively campaigning so that Sakaja can have a leeway of penetrating Naitrobi.

Kagure has instead of campaigning by explaining her agenda and manifesto for Nairobians has concentrated her energies on bashing Igathe leaving out Sakaja.

She has never once even during her campaigns ever campaigned against Sakaja..In every campaign event Kagure will always never miss an opportunity to attack Igathe.

Kagure who is also supporting Azimio has not been criticizing or campaigning against Sakaja who is a political rival vyeing on a Kenya Kwanza coalition under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party to raise eyebrows on why she is targeting Igathe who is in the same political camp with her of Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya alliance.

The business lady is bitter after being denied the Jubilee Party ticket in favour of Igathe is seeking revenge in ensuring that the Azimio candidate does not win the gubernatorial seat in the forthcoming elections.

According to insiders, is that Kagure who knows that she does not stand a chance to win has brokered a deal with Sakaja to appoint herfor a plum job at City Hall and award her lucrative tenders in case he wins.

“Tunataka Sakaja apite katikati baada ya kugawanya kura za Wakikuyu (We want Kagure to split the Kikuyu votes in Nairobi so that Sakaja can have an advantage of penetrating),” boasted a member of the Kagure campaign team secretly.

Kagure has gone on social media through bloggers by creating anti-Igathe messages which have been posted on fake media houses graphics to hoodwink and make members of the public think that it is real.

She is using graphics of Kenya’s leading media outlets and online platforms without their permission in passing anti-Igathe propaganda and messages.

Kagure is using graphics from leading communication outlets mostly Nation, The Star by using their sample graphics posters and videos complete with their logo to propagate negative messages against Igathe.

This are the same tactics Kagure had deployed against the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) president Richard Ngatia when they were competing for the Jubilee Party nominations for the Nairobi gubernatorial seat before Igathe was eventually awarded.
