Ngatia Campaigns for Nairobi's Azimio Candidates

The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNNCI) president who was aspiring to the Nairobi Governor put aside his disappointment of being denied the Jubilee Party to campaign for the Azimio La Umoja alliance candidates in the city. Makadara Mp Grabs School Land, Sells it to Church in His Last Days in Office

Buruburu estate residents are up in arms against an elaborate scheme by the Makadara Member of Parliament and a local church to grab land belonging to a public primary school in the area.   The residents came out of their houses in protest after they noticed a fence being erected at Baraka Primary School in Buruburu’s phase 3 estate.   The residents are up in arms after a contractor started to construct a wall fencing of a playing ground next to Baraka primary school in buruburu phase 3.   "Sasa hi kiwanja iko phase three na ni playing field na pia ni njia ya kujoin phase 3 to phase 5 Buruburu", a resident lamented.    According to reliable sources, Aladwa and the church are working together to construct the fence in the pretext that it is a Makadara Constituency Fund (CDF) project that is being undertaken on the school.   The contractor has proceeded to work on the purported project of fencing the school but has not put a notice board in accordance w

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has cleared John Ochoti of the Kenya African National Union (KANU) to vie for the Nairobi Senatorial seat in the forthcoming general elections. “The race is on! Hon John Ochoti is IEBC verified and approved. Vote for development, vote for youth and womem empowerment, vote for equitable share of government resources, ” said Ochoti in a post on his facebook page as he rallied nairobi residents to vote for him. Machakos county senatorial frontrunner Hon. John Mutua Katuku has today been cleared to run for the seat in the upcoming general elections. After presentation of various requirements and documentations to the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Katuku proved beyond reasonable doubt that he met all required criteria to run and serve in such a capacity. The presentation was held at Machakos Teachers College in Machakos town conducted by senior IEBC officials which saw 6 out of the 13 Senate aspirants cleared to contest alongside Katuku. Katuku who is running on a People’s Trust Party ticket under the Azimio Coalition proceeded thereafter for a church service in Masinga sub county and will later hold several campaign rallies in the area.

Omunga’ala, a seasoned politician in Nairobi has called out the bloggers for what he said was outright deceit to Kenyans calling on them to apply professionalism in their trade.
